Aruba ED Card: Required Before Departure

Please read and acknowledge the following before submitting:

1. You acknowledge that you are required by law to inform Customs if you are bringing into or withdrawing from Aruba more than Afl. 20,000 (equivalent to US$ 11,000) by filling out the appropriate form available at the Customs desk. Failure to report will result in confiscation of the money, a fine, and/or imprisonment.
2. You acknowledge that drugs, including medicinal marijuana, are illegal in Aruba, and you affirm that you will not engage in any unlawful drug-related activities.
3. You acknowledge that exporting Aruban sand is prohibited, and that importing and exporting seashells is prohibited according to the convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
4. By submitting this form, you agree to the above acknowledgements and declare to have completed this form truthfully. Deliberately omitting the truth on this form is sanctioned by the applicable rules and regulations of Aruba.
