Failure to report will result in confiscation of the money, a fine, and/or imprisonment.
  2. You acknowledge that drugs, including medicinal marijuana, are illegal in Aruba, and you affirm that you will not engage in any unlawful drug-related activities.
  3. You acknowledge that exporting Aruban sand is prohibited, and that importing and exporting seashells is prohibited according to the convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
  4. You acknowledge that you have read payment, refund and cancellation and understand our service fees.
